**YOUR MISSION**:
As **Head of Business Development (f/m/d)* (internally known as our Head of Growth)**, you will drive revenue growth and open new revenue opportunities globally for Parloa through effective business development strategies. You will lead and mentor teams, set departmental targets, and foster a culture of success, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and driving sustained performance and growth.
**IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL**:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth within Sales.
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for bettering our outreach.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and partners to build strong relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, particularly marketing and Enterprise Account Executives, to align strategies and drive revenue growth.
- Leverage our strategic partnerships and alliances to expand market reach.
- Lead and mentor our Business Development Executive teams, setting departmental targets and fostering a culture of success.

**WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE**:
- Proven track record of successful business development (incl. cold calling)
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective presentation and negotiation skills
- Business fluency in German and English
**NICE TO HAVE**:
- Experience with Salesforce or Similar CRM Platforms
