Deine Aufgaben


Talent Scout & Allrounder:in
Du begleitest den gesamten Recruiting-Prozess - Von der Erstellung und Veröffentlichung von Stellenausschreibungen über die Vorauswahl eingegangener Bewerbungen bis hin zur Interviewterminierung.  Gerne kannst Du auch an Interviews teilnehmen (wenn Du das möchtest). Organisationstalent
Du unterstützt bei der Terminkoordination von Vorstellungsgesprächen, sowohl im digitalen als auch Vor Ort und hast das Wesentliche im Blick.  Teamplayer:in & Sparringpartner:in
Du übernimmst von Anfang an Verantwortung und eigene Aufgaben, Beispielsweise den telefonischen Erstkontakt mit den Bewerbenden und verstehst Dich als Sparringpartner zu den Fachbereichen und im Bereich People & Culture  Du bist Teil ein wichtiges Mitglied des Talent Acquisition Teams und bist maßgeblich für die Candidate Journey bei ISS Projektliebhaber:in
Wir setzen Dich abgestimmt auf deine Stärken und Interessen bei unseren spannenden Projekten im Bereich Talent Acquisition mit ein, z.B. im Bereich Employer Branding, Social Media Kampagnen, KI-Basierte Suchen etc. 

Das bringst Du mit

Du hast Interesse am Bereich Recruiting bzw. an der Personalarbeit? Perfekt  Zusätzlich bist Du ein ein Organisationstalent, hast gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und bist Serviceorientiert?
Noch besser Neben deinen sehr guten Deutschkenntnissen beherrschst Du den sicheren Umgang mit MS-Office? Super Außerdem stehst Du zusätzlich mind. für 3 Monate (bis zu einem Jahr ist möglich) zur Verfügung?
Plus eine der folgenden Aussagen trifft auf Dich zu:Du bist immatrikuliert und studierst Wirtschaftswissenschaften (BWL, VWL oder ähnliches), Psychologie, Personalmanagement bzw. vergleichbares (freiwilliges oder Pflichtpraktikum)Du befindest Dich zwischen Deinem Bachelor und MasterstudiengangDu hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ähnliches
