We are looking for a talented **Fuel Cell Field Service Technician** to join our team specializing in **Service** for **Cummins New Power** in **Bremervörde, Germany.**

**In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways**:

- Diagnose and perform less complex repairs on Fuel Cells and components at customer sites using specialized tools and following documented procedures.
- Engage with customers professionally, ensuring prompt and efficient service that meets their needs.
- Conduct preventative maintenance on Fuel Cell products according to documented schedules and standards.
- Identify and prepare required parts and tools for repairs, ensuring all work is performed efficiently and accurately.
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior Field Service Technicians or a supervisor for further assistance.
- Complete all necessary documentation, including service worksheets, timesheets, warranty claims, and quality documents, either manually or through business systems.
- Maintain service vehicles and tools, ensuring they are clean, well-organized, and in good working condition.
- Adhere to Health, Safety, and Environmental policies, procedures, and legislation, promptly reporting any issues or incidents to site management and supervisors.

- Diagnose und Durchführung weniger komplexer Reparaturen an Brennstoffzellen und Komponenten beim Kunden unter Verwendung spezieller Werkzeuge und unter Beachtung dokumentierter Verfahren.
- Professioneller Umgang mit Kunden, um einen schnellen und effizienten Service zu gewährleisten, der Bedürfnissen entspricht.
- Durchführung präventiver Wartungsarbeiten an Brennstoffzellenprodukten gemäß dokumentierten Zeitplänen und Standards.
- Identifizieren und Vorbereiten der erforderlichen Teile und Werkzeuge für Reparaturen, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Arbeiten effizient und genau ausgeführt werden.
- Eskalation ungelöster Probleme an leitende Außendiensttechniker oder einen Vorgesetzten zur weiteren Unterstützung.
- Vervollständigen aller notwendigen Dokumentationen, einschließlich Servicearbeitsblätter, Stundenzettel, Garantieansprüche und Qualitätsdokumente, entweder manuell oder über Geschäftssysteme.
- Wartung von Servicefahrzeugen und Werkzeugen, um sicherzustellen, dass sie sauber, gut organisiert und in gutem Betriebszustand sind.
- Einhaltung der Gesundheits-, Sicherheits
- und Umweltvorschriften, Verfahren und Gesetze, und sofortiges Melden von Problemen oder Vorfällen an die Standortleitung und Vorgesetzte.

**Qualifications**

**Education/Experience**:

- Apprentice Certified / Electrical Technician
- Current relevant electrical certification

**Ausbildung/Erfahrung**:

- Zertifizierter Auszubildender/Elektrotechniker
- Aktuelle relevante elektrische Zertifizierung

**Responsibilities**

**To be successful in this role you will need the following**:

- Basic field service experience with a focus on electrical and mechanical products, including knowledge of both high voltage and low voltage systems.
- Experience in customer service and the ability to build strong customer relationships by delivering customer-focused solutions.
- Proficiency in electrical and mechanical repairs, along with a good understanding of diagnostics and the use of electronic service tools.
- Strong communication skills in both English and German, capable of conveying clear and effective information tailored to diverse audiences.
- Valid driver’s license with experience in maintaining service vehicles and tools for optimal performance and cleanliness.

- Grundlegende Erfahrung im Außendienst mit Schwerpunkt auf elektrischen und mechanischen Produkten, einschließlich Kenntnissen über Hochspannungs
- und Niederspannungssysteme.
- Erfahrung im Kundenservice und die Fähigkeit, starke Kundenbeziehungen aufzubauen, indem kundenorientierte Lösungen geliefert werden.
- Fähigkeit zur Durchführung von elektrischen und mechanischen Reparaturen sowie ein gutes Verständnis von Diagnosen und der Verwendung elektronischer Servicewerkzeuge.
- Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch und Deutsch, fähig, klare und effektive Informationen an verschiedene Zielgruppen zu vermitteln.
- Kompetenz im Umgang mit MS Office-Anwendungen für Dokumentation und Berichterstattung sowie Erfahrung in der Einhaltung von Gesundheits
- und Sicherheitsprotokollen.
- Gültiger Führerschein mit Erfahrung in der Wartung von Servicefahrzeugen und Werkzeugen für optimale Leistung und Sauberkeit.
