Electro Technician

For Hamburg Headquarters we are recruiting a**Electro Technician (M/F/d) Facility Services**

Your new job includes
- As an Electro Technician (m/w/d) Facility Services you will be responsible for the proper administration, care and maintenance of the properties and business equipment in the electrical area as well as the documentation in our CAFM system and act as a team leader of the engineering department. In particular you will- take over the project management in the area of facility management
- operate, repair and maintain measurement and control technology, electrical engineering and IT technology
- independently carry out maintenance work on technical systems and commission and supervise external companies
- participate in invitations to tender and awarding of contracts
- monitor, operate and optimize the electrical processes (CAFM)
- organize and implement fire protection, as fire protection officer

What you should bring along
- successfully completed electrical apprenticeship with additional further training as a master electrician (M/F/d)
- several years of professional experience in the electrical sector as a master electrician/technician (M/F/d)
- confidence in using MS Office as well as experience with user programs in the field of building control systems such as CAFM or KNX
- independent, reliable and forward-looking way of working
- an open-minded personality who finds it easy to work in a team and is service-oriented
- driving license class B
