**Coordinator, HR and F&C (M/F/d)** - full time
**Job type**: Full-time (40 hours), permanent
**Level**: Junior to mid-career

The coordinator has an important role in running office administration smoothly, and making sure things get done in time according to expectations. The work requires presence at the office in Hannover, yet partial remote work is possible.

The responsibilities include
- People Operations
- Preparation of payroll material and coordination with payroll provider
- Managing and preparing employment data, documentation, and archives
- Managing benefits
- Assisting team leads in recruitment
- Organizing onboarding, training, offboarding, employee events
- Working closely with internal stakeholders such as our people, finance and legal teams, and external stakeholders such as payroll.
- Accounting

- General administration
- Phone, mail, archives, office and facility management
- Management support in events, travel and marketing etc.

You should bring with you
- suitable educational background in business administration, economics or similar
- at least 1-2 years of experience and knowledge in similar role (HR, payroll administration, accounting, office management)
- some knowledge of German labor law and experience in preparatory payroll
- some knowledge of invoicing, payment coordination, accounting, and/or financial reporting
- good skills in organizing and making things happen
- orientation to details
- motivation to collaborate and support the team to succeed
- good communication and social skills
- ability to work fluently both in English and in German
