**Faurecia’s VIE Program?**

The VIE Program of Faurecia is an international young graduate program, which enables young graduates native from the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28 to work for one of our subsidiary around the world

PLEASE NOTE: as part of your international development, you cannot perform a VIE in the country of your citizenship.

**Your position and environment?**

Our **Faurecia Automotive Seating - Europe Seating Division** is looking for you as a **VIE for CES24 FAS Project Coordinator **M/F/d for our site in** Hannover, Germany**.**

**Your role and responsibilities?**

Your main missions will be to:

- support/drive FAS seating activities to build demonstrators according to product line strategic techno bricks to present to all customers at CES24 in LV (concept, project timing, validation, budget respect according to the innovation process).
- lead several CES24 sub-projects / Work packages and coordinates internal métiers & external prototype suppliers’ activities

The mission will last **12 months**.

**Who are you?**
- You have interest in Automotive Systems, Complete Seat, Structures & Components (Design/Testing/Manufacturing/..)
- project experience including knowledge of project management processes
- Master’s degree in engineering or similar
- Strong leadership, team building, experience in management
- Communication and presentation skills
- English & French required
- German as first language is wish
