- Das erwartet Dich:
- Du begleitest agile Teams in der Umsetzung unserer starken Vision in einem Umfeld mit hohem Tempo, bei sehr flachen Hierarchien und übernimmst Ownership innerhalb unserer offenen & performancegetriebenen, wertebasierten (Fehler-)Kultur.
- Unsere digitalen Produktteams arbeiten komplett End-2-End verantwortlich, datengetrieben und kundenzentriert. Du begleitest agile Teams mit deinem Methodenwissen und unterstützt bei deren kontinuierlichen Verbesserung aller Abläufe.
- Bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Digitalprodukte sind gesteigerte Conversionrates ebenso relevant wie bessere Unterhaltung unserer Zielgruppe(n).
- Das bringst Du mit:
- Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Scrum Master* mit und hast idealerweise auch eine Scrum Zertifizierung
- Du lebst und liebst Agilität, arbeitest eigenverantwortlich und ergebnisorientiert
- Output und Outcome sind für dich zwei paar Schuhe
- Du hast großen Spaß an der aktiven Gestaltung und Weiterentwicklung deines Umfelds und weißt dabei die Vorteile agiler Softwareentwicklung gezielt anzuwenden
- Du hast den nötigen Drive um Veränderungen einzuleiten und umzusetzen
- Du bist kommunikationsstark und weißt dies auch in täglichen Gebrauch zielgerichtet einzusetzen
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
