Student Job: Sales Operations and Customer Support

In your new role you will:
- Be the first **point of contact **for **various topics **like **Requests for Quotes (RFQ) **, **reporting **and **samples inquiry management**:
- RFQ includes **commercial offers to customer, price indications **and **quotes **in alignment with the Product Line and Account Manager
- Support **samples offer, tool order entry **and **shipment follow up coordination**:
- Provide **operational support **in the **annual sales strategic planning process **from account to top regional level, especially the **preparation of data, review and controlling**
You are best equipped for this task if you:
- Are studying **Economics, Business Administration, Electrical Engineering **or a similar field
- Enjoy working in a **team **and are a **digital native**:
- Are well-versed in working with **MS PowerPoint and MS Excel**:
- Have **very good English and German **skills; Spanish, Italian and French skills are welcome
- CV in English
- Certificate of enrollment at university
- Latest grades transcript
- High school report
- **You must be enrolled and not on academic leave**:Proper students (according to German law) are warmly welcome
- **You should live close to the site**:More than 150 km distance is not recommended for a working student job due to the travel.
