Quality Assurance Engineer

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

International customer support incl. frequent customer visits Interface between OEMs and Panasonic Coordination of Quality related issues between customers, sales, development, productions and suppliers Reduction of failure quota (field tests) and handling of related warranty costs Coordination, preparation and realization of quality meetings at customer site, negotiation of quality targets and respective realization during process Coordination of customer claims in cooperation with internal departments/coordination and follow up of field complaints Evaluation of quality data and self-dependent preparation of quality reports (8D-Reports) by the use of data base and other external/internal sources Monthly reporting of actual market quality status and trends Realization of internal Quality meetings with respective departments Project work in the field of NTF (No Trouble Found) & reduction of customers fault

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Quality management background, experiences with international organizations Good knowledge about basic quality tools and mythology (8D/PPAP/FMEA) Good communication skills, both verbal and written Good English skills, both verbal and written Excellent data collection and analysis skills Strong attention to detail
