WHAT YOU DO
- As an experiential strategist you break the status quo with strong ideas and new approaches that will benefit our client’s future brand and corporate strategy
- You collaborate with creative teams to create holistic and unseen brand communications and immersive experiences in real life, digital and phygital environments
- Your strategic work will shape brand perception
- As well as working on prescribed tasks set by the client, you will seek opportunities to enhance and improve the role, relevance and performance of experiential as you see fit
- You oversee complex projects and make sure everyone is following the overarching mission and vision of the brand
- You conduct extensive analysis of Markets, Trends, Design, Target Groups, or Competitors. Nor the preparation and facilitate workshops

WHO YOU ARE
- You have deep professional experience in strategic event planning (live/hybrid/digital) and brand consulting, ideally in an agency or consultancy environment
- You understand end-to-end event execution as part of a multi-touch, integrated path proficiency, surrounded with associated digital/live activities to drive increased and deeper customer engagement
- You understand complex topics, distil the relevant information, enhance them with relevant context and summarize them for your audience
- You are fluent in written and spoken English, German is a plus
