**Job Summary**_ (Primary function)_
**Essential Functions of the Job**_ (Key responsibilities)_
- Conduct data analyses and support the development of market access strategies
- Assist in the development and implementation of market access strategies for new products
- Develop and maintain internal tools and dashboards to support decision-making
- Create presentations and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical support for Market Access initiatives
- Conduct research on the German healthcare system, healthcare policies and regulations, and reimbursement processes
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify potential challenges and opportunities
**Qualifications **_(Minimal acceptable level of education, work experience, and competency)_
- Bachelor's degree in Health Economics, Public Health, Business Administration, Life Sciences, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or SQL
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Familiarity with statistical analysis methods and techniques
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- In-depth knowledge of the German healthcare system
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in German and English is required

Bachelor's degree in Health Economics, Public Health, Business Administration, Life Sciences, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
