Inside Sales Specialist

- Process customer orders by adhering to established department policies and procedures, including order processing, invoicing, inventory verification, and warehouse instructions
- Ensure timely and accurate provision of information to customers regarding order status, inquiries, and requests
- Monitor and follow up on existing orders to meet customer requirements and agreements
- Coordinate shipment activities in collaboration with the warehouse
- Promptly address and report customer concerns or claims using the Quality Management tool
- Assist the sales team by generating quotes for potential customers, providing regular sales updates, maintaining pricelists, and sharing relevant information on customer orders
**Ihre Qualifikationen**:
- Successfully completed vocational training or university studies in relevant field
- Excellent English language skills, good German language skills
- 2-3 years experience in internal sales/customer service role with a forwarder or manufacturer
- Strong customer orientation and service-mindedness
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and organize effectively
- Knowledge of Incoterms and Microsoft Office proficiency
