Stattdessen helfen wir Unternehmen, eine innovative Kommunikation über Messenger wie WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook und co. nutzbar zu machen und die Kommunkationskanäle zu bündeln.
Wir sind ein rasant wachsendes SaaS Start-Up (20 Mitarbeiter) und unsere Gründer haben einen langjährigen Hintergrund bei SAP und im Silicon Valley.

Aufgaben
Du lernst alles, was du für den professionellen Software Vertrieb benötigst. Anders als bei anderen Unternehmen erhältst du bei uns direkt die Verantwortung mit potenziellen Kunden in den Austausch zu gehen.
- Du lernst unsere Vertriebsprozesse kennen und alle Softwaretools, um Interessenten auf Mateo aufmerksam zu machen und letztendlich zu zufriedenen Kunden zu konvertieren.
- Du bist im direkten Austausch mit potenziellen Kunden über E-Mail, Telefon & Videokonferenz. Du qualifizierst Kunden und arbeitest eng mit dem Vertrieb zusammen.
- Du identifizierst die Problemstellungen eines Kunden bestmöglich und wie diese mit der Softwarelösung von uns gelöst werden können. Du erarbeitest gemeinsame Innovationsprojekte und bringst so deine eigenen Kunden auf das nächste Level.
Was deine Rolle so besonders macht?
Bei Mateo arbeitest du von Anfang an sehr eng mit dem Gründerteam zusammen. Unser Gründer Christian wird als persönlicher Mentor besonders eng an deiner Seite stehen und gemeinsam an deiner persönlichen Entwicklung arbeiten (Wir machen dich zur Sales Maschine).
- Du lernst, wie professioneller Software Sales funktioniert und zusätzlich erhältst du Einblicke in spannende “Growth Hacks”
- Du hilfst täglich bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Strategien zur Lead-Generierung
- Du bist täglich im Austausch mit Interessenten und potenziellen Neukunden
- Du arbeitest eng mit dem Gründerteam zusammen und hast die Chance, das Unternehmen und den Bereich Kundenvertrieb von Anfang an mit aufzubauen
- Gemeinsam bringen das Unternehmen auf das nächste Level
Qualifikation
- Du bist eine kommunikative und aufgeschlossene Persönlichkeit, die den Erfolg des Kunden in das Zentrum des Handels stellt.
- Du bringst bereits erste Erfahrungen im Kontakt mit Endkunden mit. Wenn nicht, lernst du es bei uns.
- Du interessierst dich für Software und willst dich in der vielversprechendsten Branche mit den spannendsten Zukunftsaussichten etablieren.
- Du arbeitest gerne in dynamischen Teams, bist ergebnisorientiert und willst jeden Tag besser werden.
- Du hast eine positive Art und lässt dich durch Rückschläge nicht unterkriegen.
- Du bist der deutschen Sprache mächtig.
