**Deine Rolle**:
Als Team Lead Sales and Trading (Vollzeit) spielst du eine entscheidende Rolle in unserem dynamischen Bereich des Metallhandels und Batterierecyclings. Dein Verständnis für globale Handelsstrategien, Risikomanagement und Marktanalyse treibt die Entwicklung und Implementierung innovativer Verkaufsstrategien voran. Im Zentrum unserer Bemühungen stehst du mit der Aufgabe, den Markt zu analysieren, nachhaltige Kundenbeziehungen zu pflegen und unser Team durch die Herausforderungen des globalen Marktes zu führen.
**Deine Aufgaben**:
- **Strategische Führung**: Entwicklung und Umsetzung globaler Handels
- und Vertriebsstrategien.
- **Teamleitung**: Führung des Sales and Trading Team und Förderung der Kompetenz im Bereich der nachhaltigen Materialwirtschaft.
- **Marktanalyse und Risikomanagement**: Detaillierte Marktanalysen im Bereich Metallhandel und Battery Recycling durchführen.
- **Verhandlungsführung und Stakeholder-Management**: Führung strategischer Verhandlungen und Pflege von Beziehungen zu Schlüsselkunden und -partnern.
- **Digitalisierung**: Vorantreiben der Digitalisierung im Handelssektor

**Dein Profil, mit dem du zu uns gehörst**:
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Vertrieb, Sales oder Handel, idealerweise in der Metall
- oder Recyclingindustrie.
- Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von Vertriebsstrategien.
- Erste Führungserfahrungen sind ein Plus.
- Erfahrung im Management komplexer Projekte, idealerweise auch im agilen Umfeld.
- Zuverlässiger Teamplayer mit Eigeninitiative, Ehrgeiz und Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
- Starkes analytisches Denkvermögen und ein ausgeprägtes Kommunikationsvermögen.
- Bereitschaft zu internationalen Dienstreisen.
- Verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch.
