**Your Future Role**
- Support in designing and implementing global P&O programs, projects and initiatives with focus on Talent Attraction, Onboarding
- Support special strategic P&O projects as well as initiatives assigned by the head of P&O
- Partner with IN managers as well as regional/local P&O to understand business requirements
- Work effectively with external partners and vendors as needed to implement and support the P&O PS&G development portfolio
- Deliver executive-level presentations, reports and other materials to support the head of PS&G
- Monitor effectiveness of development programs, respective contract agreements, and provide continuous reports to relevant stakeholders
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices and emerging issues related to PS&G portfolio and incorporate them into the strategy

**Your Profile**
- You have a degree (preferably Master’s degree) in International Business, Human Resources, or a related field
- You gained first experiences in HR as a working student/ intern during your studies
- You had first touchpoints with people development initiatives and projects, preferably in a global and strategic environment
- You bring international and/or cross-cultural experience
- You have excellent interpersonal, consultation and communication skills
- You are “business curious”, with an outward-facing mind-set and a clear interest in understanding and anticipating business demands
- You have an enthusiastic, optimistic and reliable character with a strong ability to build sustainable relationships
- You are fluent in English, German would be a plus
