Job Description: Senior Mobility Project Lead

You will independently manage a highly complex international project that deploys state-of-the-art rail electrification technology to help operate railways efficiently and reliably. This role requires you to lead a large international team and be responsible for commercial success and customer satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Manage the project execution towards the customer with a globally distributed team.
  • Coordinate all internal organizational units and manage all stakeholders incl. higher management of the customer, authorities, national and international consortium partners, and subcontractors.
  • Pursue goals/milestones proactively and ensure an entrepreneurial opportunity and risk management.
  • Create transparency for customers as well as our top management through excellent communication skills and meaningful reports.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent leadership and project management skills. You should be able to work independently and have strong communication skills. Additionally, you should have experience working in a similar role and be familiar with the rail industry.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is around €120,000 - €150,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
