Aufgaben
- Du leitest und steuerst die Kundenanschlüsse für sämtliche Internet Service Provider (ISP).
- Du verantwortest deutschlandweit alle offenen Haus und Kundenanschlüsse entsprechend den Vorgaben aus Ausbau
- und Zeitplänen. Das umfasst sämtliche Schritte von der Auswahl der Nachunternehmen bis zur Übergabe der Projekte an die Kunden.
- Du leitest ein hochmotiviertes Team erfahrener Projektleiter: innen, Bauleiter: innen und Bauüberwacher: innen, die vor Ort die Projekte betreuen.
- Du bist die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Rollout, PMO, Finance, Planung, Customer Management und den Auftraggebern.
- Du verantwortest als Leiter: in deines Projektteams die Einhaltung des Zeitplans, die Qualität auf den Baustellen und den Kostenrahmen.
- Du leitest Produktions-Meetings mit den Nachunternehmen, um die reibungslose Umsetzung sicherzustellen.
- Du stehst im Austausch mit Behörden, Fremdleitungsträgern und Wegebaulastträgern und bist die Instanz, an die sich alle Beteiligten im Zweifel wenden können.

Qualifikation
- Du hast idealerweise ein abgeschlossenes Studium im technischen oder kaufmännischen Bereich.
- Du bist in der Lage, auch mit schwierigen Situationen umzugehen und bist ein: e Problemlöser: in.
- Du bist eine Führungskraft, die weiß, wie man delegiert, die aber auch mit anpacken kann.
- Du weißt Kennzahlen und Reportings zu schätzen und gewinnbringend einzusetzen.
- Du fühlst dich wohl auf dem Bau und weißt, wie man Projekte erfolgreich umsetzt.
- Du bist ein Teamplayer, fährst gerne zu deinen Kolleginnen und Kollegen auf den Baustellen und bietest deine Unterstützung an.
