**Damit überzeugen wir dich**:

- Planung, Durchführung und Controlling von Telesales-Kampagnen zur Generierung zahlender Teilnehmemenden für unsere Events sowie Abonnenten-Akquise für die Marken Handelsblatt und WirtschaftsWoche mit Fokus Kündigerrückgewinnung
- Kontinuierliche Optimierung der Vertriebsstrategie und Entwicklung von neuen Ansätzen zur Umsatzsteigerung
- Verantwortung des Event Kundenservice und Sicherstellung der kundeorientierten Bearbeitung von Anfragen rund um die Event-Buchungen und Rechnungsstellung
- Konzeption von Gesprächsleitfäden und Schulung der in
- und externen Mitarbeiter:innen sowie regelmäßiges individuelles Coaching der internen Mitarbeiter:innen
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der internen Teams
- Steuerung externer Call Center mit dem Ziel der Qualitätssicherung und Erreichung der vorgegebenen Akquise-Ziele sowie Sicherstellung eines transparenten (Call Center-)Reportings

**Damit überzeugst du uns**:

- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Führung eines größeren Telesales
- und/oder Kundenservice-Teams (idealerweise in der Veranstaltungs-, Verlags-, - oder Dienstleistungsbranche)
- Verkaufserfahrung im B2B-Bereich
- Idealerweise ein abgeschlossenes Studium
- Ehrgeizige Zielvorgaben motivieren dich und unternehmerisches Denken ist eine Selbstverständlichkeit
- Umfassende Praxis im Coaching und Monitoring der Telesales-Mitarbeitenden
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und Kommunikationsstärke
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit spezifischer Call-Center Software mit und beherrschen von Excel
