**DAS SIND DEINE AUFGABEN**:

- Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung der ALDI Customer Data Strategie in enger Kollaboration mit allen relevanten nationalen / internationalen Schnittstellen
- Strategische Entwicklung, Planung und Steuerung von Kundenbindungs-Maßnahmen
- Konzeption, Pilotierung, Implementierung und Standardisierung von innovativen Kundendaten-Akquisitions-Mechaniken in enger Abstimmung mit Legal und IT
- (Weiter-)Entwicklung und Etablierung des Aldi Customer-Data-Driven Marketing Ansatzes
- Steigerung des Personalisierungs
- und Automatisierungsgrads unserer kanalübergreifenden Kundeninteraktion
- Fachseitige Weiterentwicklung der CRM & Data Plattform sowie Integration sämtlicher relevanter Touchpoints / Systeme entlang der Omnichannel Customer Journey zur Schaffung einer Single Customer View
- Aufbau und fachliche Führung eines Teams

**DAS BRINGST DU MIT**:

- Customer First - Passion für die Schaffung von einzigartigen Kundenerlebnissen
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der BWL, idealerweise mit einer Spezialisierung in Wirtschaftswissenschaften (CRM / Digital & E-Commerce) oder Wirtschaftsinformatik
- Mindestens fünf Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich CRM, Customer Data, oder im Consulting
- Kenntnisse in den Bereichen: Data-Driven Marketing, Customer Retention,, Customer Data Platform, Experience Management, Omnichannel Strategie
- Erfahrung in der Leitung von interdisziplinären Projektteams
- Hohe Digitalisierungsaffinität und Passion für datengetriebene Geschäftsmodelle und Kommunikation
