- and professional grow. CANNA is a market leader with more than 30** **years of experience, headquatered in Holland. At present 120+ people work in developing, producing, marketing and distributing various product lines in 45+ countries around the world.**
**CANNA Deutschland** is responsible for marketing and distribution of CANNA products in Germany.
For our office in Berlin, we are looking for a new addition to the team as a:
**Marketing Executive - Content**
We are looking for an involved Marketing Executive with some professional experience to support marketing activities of our company. You will be responsible for creating, producing and managing all content material on our digital platforms, as well as print.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement content strategies across all platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create captivating and informative content tailored to each platform's audience, including posts, videos, graphics, and stories.
- Manage the content calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule and timely delivery of content.
- Collaborate with the marketing manager to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives.
- Coordinate with external and internal partners to gather input and information.
- Optimize website content for search engines to improve visibility and drive traffic.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new features, and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and regulatory requirements and maintain a positive and professional online presence of the company.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- Proven experience in content production. Agriculture or horticulture industry experience a plus.
- Working knowledge of various social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and/or similar programs for content creation.
- Understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content.
- Familiarity with industry trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good German for copy and good English for communication
