- **rovide s**tate of the art F**ailure Analysis services (**performance, cost, quality) to the respective Product Lines/ Business Divisions and Frontend Manufacturing, including m**ethod development for future products a**nd a**pplications M**:

- **anage Failure Analysis Dresden i**ncl. HC and i**nvest planning ,** further o**ptimization of resource s** a**nd d**eliverie s** ,** e.g. schedule, budget, quality, cycle time, KPI, analysis concepts and strategies M
- **anage ,** i**nterface a**nd c**ommunicate w**ith all i**nternal partners ,** e.g. Frontend manufacturing, Division Technology and Product development to guarantee T2M as well as minimum Analytical Services cycle times E
- **nsure b**est practice m**ethodologies a**nd p**rocesse s** ,** drive best practice i**mplementation a**nd h**armonization w**ithin F**ailure Analysis labs F**:

- d**egree i**n E**lectrical engineering ,** P**hysics ,** C**hemistry ,** M**icrosystems o**r similar. M
- ore than 5** years of experience i**n the s**emiconductor industry M**:

- ore than 5** years people management experience a**s t e**am/department leader B**:

- road u**nderstanding of processes in manufacturin g** ,** R**&D a**nd q**ualification process S**:

- trong c**ommunication skills U**:
