**Job Description** We are looking for an Intern / Working Student / Master Thesis Student (F/M/D) for our Mixed-signal Department.**

Our team is working on a wide variety of products with a focus on industrial interfaces, e. g. Ethernet. We help our customers to control motors and monitor sensors while important goods of our world are produced, moved, and traced. We are facing interesting challenges every day and we are looking for students who want to solve those problems with us.

**YOUR TASK**

Depending on your technical background we have tasks in the analog or digital domain, e. g.
- Modeling of analog blocks and comparison with actual design
- Implementation of RTL code blocks
- Comparison of design approaches for different goals: power, area, timing (digital)
- Design feasibility studies
- On-chip measurements in the lab and failure analysis
- Toolflow improvements and scripting

**Qualifications**
- Student in electronics, electrical or computer sciences
- Strong drive and ability to learn
- Strong motivation
- Open, constructive and transparent work style
- Strong interest in IC design and related tasks
- Strong drive for troubleshooting and problem solving
- Depending on the task: basics of circuit design (RTL language, analog/digital design concepts), scripting skills,
- Good written and verbal communication skills (English)
- Ability to work within international teams
- You are available for about 6 months
