**Aufgaben und Zuständigkeiten**:

- Werden Sie als Director EHS / Senior EHS Manager Teil unseres BioPharma-Teams in Biberach, und unterstützen Sie die Standortleitung in strategischen und operativen EHS-Aspekten.
- Treiben Sie die EHS-Strategie und sichern deren erfolgreiche Umsetzung.
- Entwickeln Sie das Safety Management System des Standortes weiter.
- Erarbeiten und verankern Sie Business-Prozesse, um EHS-Risiken zu erfassen und die EHS-Performance des Standortes zu messen und zu verbessern.
- Agieren Sie als Coach und Berater für unsere Führungskräfte und Mitarbeiter zur Weiterentwicklung der Sicherheitskultur.
- Unterstützen Sie die Ableitung von korrektiven und präventiven Maßnahmen und gewährleisten deren Umsetzung.
- Ihre Expertise in Arbeitssicherheit, Ihr Qualitätsbewusstsein und Ihr technisches Know-how bringen Sie dabei in den Bereichen Produktion, Labor und Werkstatt ein und schaffen so eine sichere Arbeitsumgebung.
- Verantworten Sie die Vorbereitung und Durchführung von passiven EHS-Audits und -Zertifizierungen am Standort.
- Tauschen Sie sich innerhalb des globalen BI Netzwerks aus, um neue Ansätze zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung im Kontext EHS zu entwickeln.

**Anforderungen**:

- Studium (Diplom, Master) der Sicherheitstechnik, (Bio)Verfahrenstechnik, Chemie, (Bio)Pharmakologie, Ingenieurswesen oder vergleichbare langjährige Erfahrungen
- Langjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich technischer Arbeitssicherheit in (bio-)pharmazeutischen oder chemischen Produktionsanlagen
- Nachgewiesene mehrjährige Erfahrung in der operativen, koordinierten Umsetzung von EHS-Regularien in der (Bio)Pharma, Chemie oder Lebensmittelindustrie, idealerweise mit Qualifikation als Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (SiFa)
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung operativer Teams oder Betriebe
- Sehr gute Leitungs-, Kommunikations
- und Coaching-Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, in einer Matrix-Organisation und über Hierarchie-Stufen hinweg zu arbeiten
- Langjährige Erfahrung im (Projekt)Management und Operational Excellence
- Sehr gutes Verständnis von kulturellem Wandel und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung im EHS-Kontext
- Proaktiver, teamorientierter Arbeitsstil kombiniert mit sehr guten Organisations
- und Umsetzungsfähigkeiten
- Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und die Leidenschaft, Bestehendes zu hinterfragen
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englisch Kenntnisse
