Senior B2B Communicator for Industry Solutions

We are looking for an experienced expert in B2B communication with a sharp eye and a deep understanding of the challenging tasks involved in communicating with international corporations and well-known family-owned companies.

From the manufacturing industry and mechanical and plant engineering to the construction industry and electrical engineering, you will consult interesting B2B clients, such as Copeland, Depenbrock, Stihl, and TRILUX.

Tasks

As a consultant with empathy, you and the team will develop cross-channel communication solutions with our customers (on a European level as well). You can always count on your team’s support and get our in-house experts involved - from the editorial, planning, event, and design departments in everything from strategy to content production and distribution.

You tackle complex topics and implement them pragmatically, whether in market communication, positioning companies and executives, talent marketing, or internal communications.

You are an enthusiastic communicator and see it as your mission to make communication between clients and the team transparent, empathetic, and solutions-oriented. You are a sparring partner for the company and a quality-oriented coach for your creative colleagues. With your experience and curiosity, you are ready to break new ground in communications with the entire team.

**Requirements**:

- Consultant type with conceptual competence
- Empathic pragmatism in project work and implementation
- Experience in topic planning for various target groups
- Experience in content production for a range of channels
- Results-oriented and transparent project management
- Everyday English skills
