**Deine Position**:
Work on our leading B2B tools:
- Operating system: Platform for our installation companies. The mission is to digitize operations and processes from ground operations to rooftop installations. This includes teams & project planning, installation, warehouse management, digital documentation on site & real-time data exchange.
- Offer tool: Leading solution for our quotes, enabling customers to make decisions based on efficient, standardized and understandable quote flows. This tool brings the 1K5 brand to our customers.
- CRM: Our lead & sales management and baseline for the 1K5° system landscape to enable the business with a single source of truth for our customer data.
For this topic we seek a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Designer to join our growing team. As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for creating exceptional user experiences and visually appealing user interfaces across our B2B products that align with our business objectives and elevate user satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working collaboratively with product managers and developers to define problems, lead discoveries & create user flows for new or existing features across our suite of B2B products
- Autonomously and proactively creating high-fidelity designs, prototyping interactions and iterating based on feedback from users.
- Independently conducting user research and usability testing onsite with our operations team of salespeople, planners, construction site workers and more
- Working with designers across 1K5º on improving our design language, processes and building community.
**Dein Profil**:
- Minimum of 3 years of cross-platform design experience (Web, Android, iOS) building great digital products, ideally in a fast-paced scale-up environment
- The ability to understand complex problems and turn them into intuitive, user-centric designs
- A balanced appreciation of aesthetics, pixel-perfection, functionality and usability
- Experience working in an agile environment
- A strong sense of ownership and enjoy working in a team
- Very good written and spoken English skills
