Zur Unterstützung des Human Resources Teams suchen wir am Standort Mannheim eine/-n HR Coordinator/-in

Zu den Aufgaben zählen beispielsweise:

- Unterstützung bei Sonderthemen und -projekten zu den Themen wie Onboarding oder Recruiting Messen
- Eingabe von Daten im HR-System sowie Kontrolle zur Vollständigkeit und Qualität
- Erarbeitung und Kontrolle von Stellenanzeigen
- Organisation von verschiedenen Veranstaltungen (Meetings, Events etc.)
- Betreuung von Angestellten

Qualifikationen:

- Aufgeschlossener und kommunikationsstarker Teamplayer (m/w/d)
- Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Kreativität und Eigeninitiative
- Sicherer Umgang mit den MS Office-Programmen, insbesondere Word, Excel und PowerPoint
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
