**HR Project Coordinator (m/w/d)**

Die Welt verändert sich, und so tut dies auch John Deere. Unsere HR-Transformation basiert auf dem 3-Säulen-Modell und steht vor der nächsten Entwicklungsstufe. Regionale COEs sowie HR-Teams in Frankreich, Polen, Spanien und Deutschland arbeiten kontinuierlich an der Weiterentwicklung unseres HR Operating Models mit wachsendem Fokus auf harmonisierte Prozesse und länderübergreifende Zusammenarbeit.

**Das erwartet Dich**:

- Durchführung von Strategie
- und Organisationsentwicklungsinitiativen auf regionaler Ebene inkl. Reorganisations
- und Prozessoptimierungsprojekte
- Steuerung von Transformations
- und Digitalisierungsprojekten
- Koordination von nationalen Projekten und -teams und Kontaktpunkt zwischen den Teams
- Mithilfe bei der Weiterentwicklung einer regionalen Shared Service Struktur inkl. Rollen-, Skills
- sowie Prozess-Management
- Vielfältige thematische Einblicke in die operative und strategische Arbeit unserer Organisation
- Zusammenarbeit in einem cross-funktionalen, diversen, hierarchie
- und HR-übergreifenden Team

Deine Aufgabe wird zweigeteilt sein: Zum einen wirst Du das europäische HR-Führungsteam aktiv in der Strategieentwicklung und -umsetzung unterstützen und herausfordern. Zum anderen wirst Du sicherstellen, dass die nationalen Projekte sichtbar und abgestimmt umgesetzt werden. Zielkonflikte sowie Hindernisse bei der Umsetzung werden von Dir proaktiv identifiziert und Du hilfst sinnvolle Lösungen zu finden.

**Das bringst Du mit**:

- Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium, drei bis vier Jahre Berufserfahrung in Projekt
- bzw. Change Management sowie dem Arbeiten in internationalen Teams
- Dich begeistert der Bereich Human Resources, den Du durch das kontinuierliche Analysieren und Optimieren von Prozessen bestmöglich weiterentwickelst
- Du hast Projekte erfolgreich zum Abschluss geführt und verfügst über fundierte Erfahrung mit operativen HR-Prozessen und Strukturen
- Dich zeichnen eine agile und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise, eine hohe Prozess-/Systemaffinität, eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe, einen teamorientierten Arbeitsstil sowie eine hohe Einsatzbereitschaft aus
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf Deutsch und Englisch setzen wir ebenso voraus, wie den sehr sicheren Umgang mit den Microsoft-Office-Tools

Erfahrung in Operational Excellence Methoden ist wünschenswert (LEAN, Six Sigma, Agile u.a.)
