We are looking for an assistant to the sales management (M/F/d), who will act as a link between the sales management and the employees. As a competent representative of the sales management, you will mainly take care of general organisational tasks and competently prepare strategic decisions for the management by providing them with relevant information.
We are looking for the following person for our location in Mörfelden-Walldorf as soon as possible
Tasks
What can you expect?
- You take care of the organization and coordination of appointments and trips of the management and ensure an efficient and flawless flow of the daily tasks.
- You will take care of the preparation and follow-up of conferences, meetings, presentations, and important telephone calls.
- You take over administrative tasks and are responsible for answering telephone calls.
- You prepare analyses and decision papers and support strategic consulting by preparing relevant information and data.
- You actively accompany development processes and projects
- You act as a link between the management, the employees and the customers and represent the management competently.
**Requirements**:
What should you bring with you?
- You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship with up to 5 years of work experience or a bachelor's degree in a business or communications-related field of study.
- You are proficient in all Microsoft Office programmes and have good IT skills.
- You have excellent time management and organisational skills and are quick on the uptake
- You have a hands-on mentality, strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented approach
- Your German and English skills are excellent, both written and spoken. Other languages are an advantage
