Club Operations Assistant

**Duties**:
The primary purpose of this position is to provide support and assistance within all aspects of Club operations.
The primary duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Issuing, receipt and control of cash boxes
- Preparing reports
- Reviewing schedule for events/activities scheduled during shift and ensure they are carried out as specified by management
- Ensuring club rules, regulations and established procedures are followed
- Assuring patron satisfaction by resolving complains and customer issues
- Providing guidance and instruction to club staff on functions during assigned shift
- Inspecting facility as end of shift
- Assisting in all operations of club to include Saber Sports Lounge, Catering and Hangar 52/Pizza Hut
- Performing other related duties as assigned

- This position requires the incumbent to complete a background investigation with favorable results.
- This position requires shift work to provide coverage on evenings, weekends, holidays, or special situations.

- **Qualifying Experience**:
- Knowledge of club, restaurant and retail operations
- Experience in cash handling
- Experience with Office Automation Software
**Education**:
Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. This position does not allow for education substitution in order to qualify.
**Additional information**:
