**Your role**:we are looking for a business process owner responsible for the global business processes for project systems and plant maintenance. In your role as BPO you are having a strong network in the business project landscape and finance organization. You are an expert in the (Electronics) business units by bringing in profound knowledge in the areas of project systems, maintenance management, finance, and sourcing in Electronics. You act as major global contact for IT and business. As key stakeholder you will be responsible to translate business requirements into different projects. Hereby you focus at a fast & reliable business processes and project to our customers.
Therefore, you will also act as a change agent to convince the entire organization to follow proposed path to the desired target state, starting with supporting management to make the right decisions till convincing operators to change their every-day way of working. In projects you will work or lead streams in the EL-ERP or other business-IT projects, or as business lead for non-IT related improvement projects focusing on the End-to-end supply. It will be your responsibility to coordinate execution of project tasks and be comfortable in working under the pressure of tight project deadlines, delivering projects in time, budget and scope as agreed with the sponsor.
**Who you are:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, IT or related business field
- Experience in SAP Project Systems specifically PS
- Capability to quickly analyze and document business & IT processes to identify improvement potentials
- Strong project management and conflict resolution skills by showing customer focus Ability to work independently, managing timelines and expectations, and producing high-quality deliverables Adaptability shifting priorities and strategies in timely response to the business climate
