**Account Director / Teamleiter:in Mediaplanung (m/w/d)**:
Mit deiner Erfahrung im Bereich Mediaplanung und Projektmanagement hältst du alle Fäden gekonnt in der Hand? Reizt dich im nächsten Schritt die Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung deiner eigenen Mitarbeitenden? Dann bereichere als Team Manager bei antwerpes healthy media unser Media-Team und übernehme nicht nur die Mediaplanung für unsere Healthcare-Kund:innen, sondern auch Verantwortung für deine Mitarbeiter:innen. Entwickle neue Media-Produkte, konzipiere ganzheitliche Kampagnen und tobe dich dabei auf allen Kanälen aus: Von Print, Web und Mobile über TV und Audio bis hin zu Digital out of home. Als Sparringspartner von Toni (Head of Team Media) unterstützen wir dich bei deiner Entwicklung mit einem vielseitigen Development-Programm für Führungskräfte und zwar egal, ob du bei uns frisch zur Führungskraft wirst oder breits erfahrener Team Manager bist. **Deine neue Challenge**:

- Du führst Werkstudierende sowie (Junior) Account Manager und berätst und unterstützt diese bei ihren Projekten sowie Kund:innen
- Du übernimmst die Mediaplanung von der ersten Zielgruppenanalyse bis hin zum Monitoring und Reporting deiner Kampagnen
- Du arbeitest interdisziplinär mit anderen Abteilungen, verantwortest Media-Pitches und führst Projektteams, um eine erfolgreiche Umsetzung der Projekte sicherzustellen

**Hast du es drauf?**:

- Du hast idealerweise drei Jahre Erfahrung im Marketingumfeld einer Agentur gesammelt und deinen Kund:innen als kompetente:r Sparringspartner:in in der Planung und Umsetzung von (Media-)Kampagnen zur Seite gestanden
- Du hast bereits Erfahrung in der Anleitung von Projektteams gesammelt und bist motiviert Personalverantwortung zu übernehmen
- Du zeichnest dich durch eine hohe analytische Fähigkeit aus und arbeitest im Team gerne an komplexen Thematiken
