About the Role

Your Team

This position will be in individual contributor role for the interim, but you will work with a cross functional network of regional SMEs to deliver and evolve our operating model.

What You Will Do
- Assess where our recruitment workflow can evolve to elevate the experience.
- Liaise with HR technology group on the selection and implementation of key recruiting tools.
- Make key recommendations to the Regional Hub Leaders on evolving the way we use people, processes and technologies.
- Develop project plans & timelines; participate in ongoing project planning activities to include schedule development, resource allocation, issue prioritization, risk management, communication planning. Determine and define project scopes and objectives.
- Work cross-functionally and globally to direct the efforts of our network of regional change champions.
- Provide project updates consistently to various stakeholders.
- Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers. These include our key sourcing tools and other partners whom we utilize in our end to end process.
- Conduct regular QBRs on each of our tools and vendors.
- Benchmark industry best practices, techniques, and standards and bring these to HARMAN
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintaining & updating Global TA Handbook and Global TA Process & policy
- Global TA Monthly Collab for Leadership Team on standard processes and tools

What You Need
- Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent work experience.
- Track record in innovation on a large scale
- Deep data-based decision-making skills.
- An absolute passion for process and technology that drives you to find the most elegant of workflow solutions.
- 10+ years’ experience in a program management capacity, preferably in a talent acquisition or HR Technology field, and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience leading and participating in technical and cross-functional projects.
- Able to drive collaboration and influence multiple complex teams in global time zones.
- The ability to work in a global matrixed organization and communicate at all levels.
- Excellent organizational, presentation skills
- Effective in and experienced in managing cross-functional relationships.
- Workday and Recruiting ATS experience is preferred
- Strong skills in Microsoft office, Excel, PowerPoint, Project software
- Problem solver capable of translating issues into simple terms to facilitate discussions and decisions.
- Your passion for creating inclusive and diverse hiring experiences
