We are a family-owned startup with 400+ employees across 5 locations in Europe. We build and operate a marketplace for contact center services, connecting 10,000+ talents to 70+ corporate clients. We have defined a new delivery model for outsourced CX services, ready to disrupt one of the largest service industries in the world.

**Your mission**:
As part of our internationa l growth strategy, we aim to expand our client base. For that, we are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Executive (M/F/d) in UK remotely or Germany with in-depth industry knowledge in the BPO/call center sector, with a comprehensive overview of the competitors and excellent industry network.

**The Role**:

- As a Senior Sales Executive (M/F/d) you will be responsible for the generation of new business within your assigned territory, focused on the UK Market
- You will handle the entire sales process from initial point of contact through to close
- You will be working with the appropriate team members for RFPs / tenders as well as solution architects in order to build strong and robust solutions that meet your clients requirements
- You always keep an eye on the competition, stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices and thus determine the most effective sales strategies
- In this role you will report into the Chief of International Sales

Dein Profil
- You will be a highly successful sales executive that can demonstrate a strong track record of new business wins in the BPO / services industry over a sustained period of time.
- You are recognized as an expert within the industry, well networked and used to closing both medium sized along with large complex deals
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset which allows you to thrive in a highly dynamic environment
- Your analytical skills allow you to identify market/client opportunities and to develop tailor-made pitches and business cases for clients
- You are a reliable personality with integrity, negotiate convincingly, diplomatically and in a structured manner as well as love to stand up for your values and goals
- Your clients see yourself as an empathetic listener and leader, who knows how to manage and balance stakeholder interests
