**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Als leidenschaftliche/r Gastgeber/in stellst du stets die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Kunden & Kundinnen dar.
- Du arbeitest mit dem Operationsteam in allen Phasen des Eventmanagements. Von Salesprozessen über Reservierung, Organisation, Durchführung bis zur Rechnungsstellung und Feedbackerfassung.
- In einem kleinen Team packst du überall dort mit an, wo Unterstützung gebraucht wird.
- Du sorgst für einen perfekten Ablauf der Veranstaltungen. Dabei findest du immer kreative Lösungen bei kniffligen Kundenansprüchen.
- Mit hohem Anspruch sicherst du das Qualitätsmanagement.
- Du bringst eigene Ideen mit und sorgst für die kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Prozesse.

**Das bringst du mit**:

- Du hast eine Lehre in der Hotellerie oder als Veranstaltungsfachkraft abgeschlossen und/oder bereits Erfahrung im Event, Bankett oder einem ähnlichen Bereich sammeln können.
- Du bist ein/e geborene/r Gastgeber/in mit Organisationstalent und Durchsetzungsvermögen.
- Gastronomisches und hygienisches Verständnis ist für dich eine Selbstverständlichkeit.
- Eine selbstständige und engagierte Arbeitsweise zeichnet dich aus.
- Du hast eine Macher/in-Mentalität und packst gerne mit an.
- Du bist fit am Computer und kennst dich mit MS Office Produkten aus.
- Du hast keine Angst vor Veränderungen und bist bereit, Fehler zu machen und daraus zu lernen.
- Du kannst mit Zahlen umgehen und fließend auf Deutsch kommunizieren in Wort und Schrift.
