**The job**:
The **Ceremonies Coordinator (M/F/d) **will be part of the UEFA EURO2024 Ceremonies Team in Frankfurt. The Ceremonies Coordinator will be delivering the 49 pre-match ceremonies in collaboration with other projects and according to protocol. Ceremonies (CERE) will provide a compelling experience and amazing images to all target groups in the UEFA EURO 2024 stadiums and for millions of television viewers worldwide. The ceremonies will be consistent in the format and elements across all 10 host cities.

**List of relevant tasks & responsibilities**:
**Communication and cooperation**
- Build a strong working relationship with the UEFA CERE project, other EURO 2024 GmbH Units and the venue team
- Attend all programme management planning and reporting, undertaking weekly and monthly progress meetings
- Carry out reports for weekly tasks and general requirements related to the project.

**CERE Workforce responsibilities**
- Take part in recruitment process of ceremonies venue team in all venues, including stage managers, stage hands and show callers
- Manage and/or support in the definition and creation of the training material for the ceremonies venue team, according to UEFA CERE guidelines
- Train and instruct the venue team to grant a successful delivery of the event
- Drive and report process related to CERE Makers based on the project timelines including data collection, accreditation process, onboarding, legalities, schedules etc.

**CERE Operations**
- Ensure the pre-match integrated delivery plans for the ceremonies, working closely with all key stakeholders to support and facilitate effective planning
- Execute and deliver the pre-matches onsite according to the timings and choreography defined by UEFA
- Create key documentation for all relevant stakeholders, including presentations, running orders and activity plans
- Manage, supervise and coordinate all the facilities for CERE areas within all the stadiums, including: CERE holding area, office, changing rooms, storage etc.
- Work with UEFA tools to plan and deliver CERE operations (such as: accreditation tool, venue delivery system etc.)
- Plan and manage:

- the delivery and storage of all CERE related materials including props, gifts, technical equipment, fencing, furniture, ICT equipment etc
- offsite and onsite rehearsals efficiently to ensure all staff and Ceremony Makers are fully informed and prepared to deliver the pre-match ceremony on match day
- an efficient delivery of banners between the cities during the tournament
- volunteer shift plans
- In close collaboration with the colleagues in charge, support and/or manage procurement process related to production equipment and crew (such as: costumes, stagehands and off-site rehearsal venue requirements including PA equipment, medical aid and transport of the props etc)
- Reporting during and after the tournament

**Education**:

- Degree in Event Management with special focus on project management

**Work experience**:

- Experience in working in a similar role in event management and/ or transferable skills
- Ability to work in stressful situations, juggling multiple tasks and under time constraints
- Flexible approach and adaptability - a ‘can do’ attitude
