**Overall purpose of the job**
Handling of the worldwide airfreight export including the accruing documentation
**Key responsibilities and duties**
- Independent support and advice for existing customers in the day-to-day business
- Receipt of transport orders as pre-alert
- Operational transport processing
- Arrange customs-declaration via ATLAS with instruction from our clients under compliance of laws and regulation
- Arrange delivery to the final delivery-addresses
- Billing of the handled shipment
- Communication with clients / agents / airlines / own worldwide-offices
- Arrange supervising for special-shipments in Germany
- Customer service, processing inquiries and quotations
- Checking the transport for profitability
- Monthly check of the accruing shipment and result/profitability
**Job experience requirements**
- Education in customs-clearance for Airfreight-Import, ATLAS, T1, Carnet etc.
- Actual still valid Zuverlaessigkeitsueberpruefung (ZÜB)
- Completed vocational training as Forwarding-/Logistic Agent
- Work experience desirable
- Good communications skills with clients, EU-agents, customs, overseas-agents
- Hands and mentality
Customer-oriented and solution-oriented thinking and acting
**Language skills**
- Very good command of German and English, both spoken and written
**Another skills**
- Driving license category B
- Duty to supervising inside + outside of FRA-Airport combined with business trip overnight
- Education in customs-clearance for Import, Zabis-ATLAS etc.
- Organizational and self-sufficient capacity and Teamwork cooperation
