About the Position

Join the HOLY People Team if you're a people-person with great organizational skills who loves making a positive impact on the employee experience.
Your responsibilities will include helping new hires with their first-day necessities, paperwork, and welcome packets, as well as assisting with employee offboarding. Additionally, you'll contribute to HR policies, compliance measures, employee handbooks, HR reporting, and data analysis.
Furthermore, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to employee engagement initiatives such as surveys, recognition programs, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Depending on your interests and skill set, you may also take on tasks in talent acquisition and other areas of people function.

About You
- You are currently enrolled or have recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field. Alternatively, you should already have experience within HR/People Operations.
- You are a strong communicator, both verbally and in writing.
- You have the necessary organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to effectively collaborate with a team.
- You display a high level of empathy, emotional intelligence, and possess the skills necessary to handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion.
- You possess excellent knowledge of German and English languages.
- You are comfortable, confident, and capable of working with German documents and institutions.
- You are based in Berlin or willing to relocate.
- You are available for a 3 to 6-month internship, with the potential for full-time hire.

The Process

1. People Team Interview (60 min) - We will contact you as soon as possible to schedule a call where we can get to know each other, as well as learn more about your skills and expertise.
2. Final Leadership Interview (30 min) - Someone from our leadership team will discuss with you our vision at HOLY and see if the role expectations from both sides are aligned.
