**Your Team**:
Our main mission as People Team is to ensure that we have an organisation, employees and workplace that wins as one team in the marketplace. We are doing this by:

- Constantly researching and understanding how people skills can drive better outcomes and results
- Developing the systems, mechanisms and workplace that enables employee and organisational effectiveness
- Ensuring we are always relevant to the needs of our internal and external customers

Your role as People Operations Intern is to assist in the development and execution of strategies to enhance the employee experience and drive organisational effectiveness.

**What You will be doing**:

- You will drive the onboarding and off-boarding processes for new and departing employees
- You will manage and maintain accurate employee records to ensure data integrity
- You will assist employee engagement initiatives and organise team events
- You will support the performance management process, including preparing the evaluation forms and gathering feedback
- You will provide general administrative support, including preparing documents and correspondence
- You will help out with employee relations matters, such as addressing employee concerns and general employee inquiries

**You'll be great for this role if**:

- You are a currently pursuing or already completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably with a focus on Human Resources, Business Administration or a related business field
- You have a good understanding of the employee lifecycle and employee experience
- You have exceptional relationship-building and customer service skills
- You are organised and have a great attention to details
- You are passionate for learning and constantly seeking for opportunities to grow in the People Operations field
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German
