Corporate Auditing & Governance übernimmt die zentrale Betreuung aller Revisionsthemen bei HELM weltweit.

Ihre Aufgaben:
In dieser Funktion sind Sie als Head of Corporate Auditing & Governance (m/w/d) tätig und leiten ein kleines Team auf globaler Ebene. Sie fungieren als Ansprechperson für das HELM Management Board, die Business Units, Corporate & Service Functions und berichten an den CEO, wobei Sie Ihre Expertise in den folgenden Verantwortungsbereichen einbringen:

- Corporate Audit & Governance gewährleistet die Einhaltung von rechtlichen Bestimmungen und Group Policies bei HELM und unterstützt den Vorstand sowie den CEO in allen Audit & Governance Thematiken.
- Sie evaluieren die Eignung und Funktionalität bestehender Elemente des internen Kontrollsystems von HELM und entwickeln diese im Hinblick auf die Ziele des Unternehmens gezielt weiter.
- Ebenfalls bieten Sie Unterstützung bei der risikoorientierten Auditplanung bei HELM. Hierbei übernehmen Sie die Erstellung eines jährlichen Auditplanes auf Basis eigener Risikoanalysen, in Abstimmung mit dem CEO und CFO.
- Darüber hinaus betreuen Sie die Planung, Durchführung und Dokumentation von internen Audits (Financial, Fraud Audits) und verfolgen die Behebung von identifizierten Defiziten (Follow ups).
- Zusammen mit den Teams von Corporate Finance und SP&OP werden Sie ebenfalls als beratende Funktion bei wichtigen Projekten (Investitionen, IT-Implementierungen usw.) tätig sein.

Ihr Profil:

- Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Auditing oder Finance mit dem Schwerpunkt Revision und Governance.
- Durch Ihre mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in internationalen Unternehmen konnten Sie umfangreiche Kenntnisse in verschiedenen Bereichen der Wirtschaftsprüfung, Finanzen oder Governance aufbauen.
- Darüber hinaus verfügen Sie über die Fähigkeit, die unternehmerische Denkweise eines Familienunternehmens umzusetzen und auch komplexe Sachverhalte zu erfassen und zu vereinfachen.
- Sie arbeiten routiniert und zielorientiert und haben eine ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität. Bei der Begleitung von Audit-Projekten zeigen Sie eine analytische und vorausschauende Denkweise - verbunden mit einem Blick für Geschäftsprozesse und einem analytischen Verständnis.
- Sie sind versiert im Umgang mit IT-Anwendungen. Idealerweise verfügen Sie über Kenntnisse und Berufserfahrung im Umgang mit SAP.
- In diesem Zusammenhang zeichnen Sie sich durch eine kommunikative, empathische und authentische Persönlichkeit mit einem positiven Mindset aus. Zudem verfügen Sie über ausgeprägte interkulturelle Kompetenzen und eine ausgeprägte Lösungsorientierung.
- Gute Präsentationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift runden Ihr Profil ab.
