- und Steuerberatungsgesellschaft mit Sitz in Hamburg. Neben der Wirtschaftsprüfung und Steuerberatung ist die Transaktionsberatung und Bewertung eine weitere wichtige Geschäftssäule der Kanzlei. **Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Neben der Führung und Weiterentwicklung Ihrer Mitarbeitenden, sind Sie verantwortlich für die strategische Ausrichtung der Abteilung
- Dabei steht die Weiterentwicklung des Angebots an Prüfungen und prüfungsnahen Dienstleistungen sowie die Akquise neuer Mandanten bzw. die Ausweitung des Bestandsgeschäfts im Fokus
- Neben strategischen Tätigkeiten sind Sie zudem operativ aktiv: Als Wirtschaftsprüfer sind Sie zuständig für bedeutende Abschlussprüfungen, betreuen die Ihnen zugeordneten Mandanten, im Rahmen der Qualitätskontrolle entsprechender Prüfungen

**Ihr Qualifikationsprofil**:

- Zulassung als Wirtschaftsprüfer (m/w/d)
- Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung als Prüfungsleiter (m/w/d) größerer und komplexer Prüfungen mit Personalverantwortung
- Hervorragende Kenntnisse im Handels-, (Steuer-) und Gesellschaftsrecht
- Ausgeprägter „Business-Sense“
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse über die Verfahren der Prüfung und der prüfungsnahen Beratung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich der Rechnungslegung nach IFRS (und ggf US GAAP) gehören zu Ihrem Handwerkszeug; diese haben Sie sowohl im Rahmen von Abschlussprüfungen als auch bei Abschlusserstellungen (HGB - IFRS Conversion) erworben
- Sie haben sich erfolgreich im Umfeld von Private Equity Kunden bewegt und sind mit den Usancen dieser Kundengruppe vertraut
- Sie beschreiben sich als Berater und Unternehmer
- Sie kennen sich sehr gut mit den Standardprodukten aus dem MS Office Paket aus (insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint)
- Affinität zu technologischen Lösungen zur Steigerung der Effizienz
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
- Teamplayer
