For our Internal Audit department at our location in Hamburg HafenCity we are looking for a

**Head of Internal Audit (all genders)**

**Your tasks**:

- Represent Internal Audit in regular meetings with the Supervisory Board, Executive Board, higher-level management, and external stakeholders.
- Develop annually a risk-based internal audit plan for Supervisory Board review and approval.
- Perform organization-wide risk assessments to identify significant risks or exposure related to internal controls or compliance and give improvement advice on processes and activities.
- Oversee and participate in internal operational-, financial
- and compliance audits as well as special projects in all national and international companies of the Mabanaft group and ensure proper resourcing.
- Ensure methodical documentation of work plans, testing results, conclusions, and recommendations. Ensure follow up on findings and corrective actions.
- Ensure constant development of the departments processes and methodologies.
- Attract, hire, and retain an internal audit team.

**Your skills**:

- Degree in Business Administration (MBA or equivalent degree preferred)
- 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience with at least 5 years of work experience in Internal Audit
- Certified as a CIA or CISA
- Fluency in English (verbal and written) is mandatory, further languages are a plus
- Willingness to travel internationally (up to 30%)
