Head of Corporate Communications (m/f/d)

What you will do:

Lead all internal and external communication and also marketing activities of the company on corporate level

Develop and implement the Mabanaft corporate communications and marketing strategy together with our Management Team

Lead the Team of two experienced communication professionals with a positive spirit and grow together into a first class Communications Team

Provide counsel and support to our senior management on aspects of internal & external communication

Develop and execute the external communications strategy for Media and Public Relations, Branding, Sustainability and Project Communication, Conferences and Events as well as Digital and Social Media

Closely cooperate and collaborate with the newly build Product Marketing Team within our Sales Organization

Actively drive change management efforts through employee communication, across existing and future communication channels

What helps you to fulfill this role:

University degree in Business Administration, Communications or other related fields

Profound expertise in external and internal corporate Communications in an international company

First experience in leading a Team

Fluent in German and English, other languages are a plus

Enjoy working in a Team and multinational environment
