**Who we are looking for...**

As Team assistant engineering**, you are not only the direct support for the Director of Engineering, but also the 'communication hub' for all technical matters in the house. Whether it's external companies, project planning, or office organization - you have everything under control and support the Director of Engineering in all projects and tasks.

**What your responsibilities are...**
- You act as a point of contact for your team, colleagues, guests, and external partners regarding technical matters.
- You are responsible for ensuring that the maintenance schedule for all technical systems is followed.
- As an organizational talent, you always keep track of appointments.
- You create purchase orders, check invoices, and place orders.
- You coordinate with external companies and schedule assignments.
- You work with our technical management programs, keep them up to date, and maintain the data.
- You collaborate closely with the Guest Relations team to identify technical issues and find solutions.
- You are proficient in PowerPoint and create presentations.
- Your Excel skills enable you to create professional calculations.
- You support the Director of Engineering in various projects.
- You provide technical guidance to your team and work closely with all other hotel departments.
- You assist in creating duty and on-call schedules.
- You are a true team player with all hotel departments and the leadership team

- Experience in the hospitality industry would be a plus.
- You are well-versed in Office programs and generally proficient with computer software.

- You are a talented communicator with good German and English skills.
