**About the job**

We are looking for a communicative, structured and solution-oriented HR Business Partner for our Human Resources team in Wiesbaden. In this role, you will manage all HR-related topics onsite and will act as contact person for employees and managers for all HR topics related to the employee life cycle. Your responsibilities will also include the implementation of individual HR measures (works council hearings, employment contracts, contract amendments, supplementary agreements, warnings, etc.) as well as collective HR measures (from collective agreements and works agreements) within a dynamic matrix organization. In this position you will be part of a team of HR business partners across all of Germany and will report directly to the Head of People & Culture Germany Sales.

**In addition, your tasks will include**
- Cooperation with external entities such as the employers' association, company doctor, health insurance companies, etc.
- Supporting health management measures such as occupational integration management, health panels, etc.
- Collaboration in the digitalization and optimization of our HR processes
- Active participation in local and global HR projects

**Education & Skills**
- A degree with a focus on Human Resources Management or comparable qualifications

**Languages**
- German - Proficient/Fluent
- English - Advanced

**Work Experience**
- Several years of relevant working experience
