geistiger und mehrfacher Behinderung in der Gesellschaft erhöhen und ein

mitreißendes Sportgroßevent auf die Beine stellen.

Als Ausrichter der weltweit größten inklusiven Sportveranstaltung für Menschen mit

und ohne geistige Behinderung erwarten wir vom 17. bis 25. Juni 2023 etwa 7.000

Athlet*innen sowie Unified Partner*innen und 190 Delegationen in Berlin. Mit den

Special Olympics World Games 2023 senden wir ein weltweites Zeichen des

Miteinanders. Unser Ziel ist es, mit und nach Austragung der Weltspiele einen

nachhaltigen Beitrag für eine inklusive, diverse Gesellschaft zu leisten und ein

Umdenken in den Köpfen der Menschen zu erreichen.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams im Bereich „Games Operations“ suchen wir zum 15.

**„Transport, Arrival Point of Entry FRA, Coordinator“ (m/w/d)**

**Special Olympics World Games 2023 in Berlin**

**Vollzeit / 40 Stunden pro Woche / befristet bis 15. Juni 2023**

190 Delegationen treffen am 12.06.2023 aus aller Welt an 4 Hauptflughäfen

außerhalb Berlins ein. Dies sind die Flughäfen Düsseldorf, Hamburg, Frankfurt und

München. Nach ihrer Ankunft nehmen die Delegationen an einem Host Town Program

in Städten in ganz Deutschland teil. Wir suchen einen "Transport, Arrival Point of Entry

Coordinator" an jedem Point of Entry, um mit dem LOC und den Flughäfen

zusammenzuarbeiten, die Ankunftspläne auszuführen und sicherzustellen, dass die

Delegationen einen reibungslosen Übergang von den Flughäfen zu den, von den

Gastgeberstädten bereitgestellten, Transportmöglichkeiten haben.

**Mit der Erfüllung dieser Aufgaben würden wir Dich betrauen**:

- Umfassende Bearbeitung des Themenbereichs "Airport Arrivals" für

bestimmte Ankunftsorte = Point of Entry (PoE) unter der Leitung des "Point of

Entry Operations Managers (PoE Manager)"
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem PoE-Manager und den Flughafenkontakten zur

Umsetzung strategischer Flughafenankunftspläne für Athlet*innen, Offizielle

und andere wichtige Akteure mit Fokus auf Delegationen und Teilnehmenden

des Host Town-Programms für die World Games 2023 in ganz Deutschland
- Unterstützung des PoE Managers bei der Koordination aller relevanten

Veranstaltungsorte, einschließlich, aber nicht beschränkt auf Parkplätze,

Busladezonen, Bühnenbereiche, Verkehrssperrungen usw.
- Manage Teams von Volunteers am Anreisetag an mehreren Standorten

innerhalb des Flughafenstandorts
- Unterstützung und Zusammenarbeit mit der „Host Town Program“ Functional

Area bei der Koordination von Ankunftsaspekten von Delegationen und

deren Transport zu Host Towns in ganz Deutschland
- Berücksichtigung und Unterstützung der Bedürfnisse von Teilnehmenden mit

Behinderung, die in die Transport
- & Ankunftsstrategie einbezogen werden
- Unterstützung des POE-Managers bei der Implementierung von Richtlinien

und Verfahren für Ankunfts-/Abfahrts-, Shuttle
- und Flottenbetrieb,

einschließlich Problemlösung bei Verspätungen oder Annullierungen.

- Volle Verantwortung für einen der wichtigsten PoE während der Ankunftszeit

der World Games Delegation einschließlich der wichtigsten Anreisetage vom

10.06.2023 bis 13.06.2023.

**Es wäre überragend, wenn Du diese Fähigkeiten mitbringst**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium in den Bereichen Eventmanagement,

Betriebswirtschaft oder Transport/Logistik/Verkehr oder eine vergleichbare

Qualifikation / Erfahrung
- Mindestens 1-3 Jahre Erfahrung in der organisatorischen Planung und

Durchführung von (Groß-) Veranstaltungen, insbesondere im Bereich

Transport und/oder An
- und Abreise
- Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Flughafen-, Bahnhofs
- und

Busbahnhofsmanagement, Flughafenabläufe, Flotten
- und Busmanagement,

ÖPNV, Parkraummanagement
- Nachgewiesene Fähigkeit und Bereitschaft zur Übernahme von

Führungsverantwortung für ein mittelgroßes, diverses Team, einschließlich

Auftragnehmern, Volunteers und Zeitarbeitskräften
- Nachgewiesene Fähigkeit zur effektiven Arbeit in Gruppen mit Personen aus

anderen Fachbereichen und auf verschiedenen Ebenen der Organisation
- Erfahrung in der Verwaltung und Zusammenarbeit mit externen

Interessengruppen und Behörden
- Strukturierte, effiziente Arbeitsweise Flexibilität und verbindliches Auftreten
