**Aufgabengebiet**

Als Clinical Specialist für Invisalign bist du hauptsächlich für Aufklärung, klinische Kommunikation sowie die Unterstützung externer und interner Kunden verantwortlich. Dies beinhaltet Interaktion, Trainingskoordinierung und Kommunikation mit Kieferorthopäden und Zahnärzten, welche sich auf das Invisalign System und den digitalen Workflow unter Einbezug des iTero Intraoral Scanners beziehen.

Du unterstützt unsere Kunden und stärkst deren Vertrauen in klinische Protokolle und die Verwendung der ClinCheck Software.

Weitere Aufgaben umfassen die Erstellung und Pflege von Inhalten für die klinische Ausbildung sowie die Kontaktpflege von Invisalign Referenten und Meinungsbildnern.

- Planen und unterstützen von Trainings für Kieferorthopäden und Zahnärzte, die Invisalign Anwender werden möchten in Form von Online-Seminaren und Trainings
- Grundlegender Support bei der digitalen Behandlungsplanung mit unserer ClinCheck Software
- Organisieren von Präsentationen bei Align Veranstaltungen wie Studienclubs, Foren, Kongressen, Konferenzen
- Proaktives Kommunizieren mit Kunden, um ihre Herausforderungen zu verstehen und Lösungen bereitzustellen
- Erstellen und Verwalten von Inhalten und Präsentationsmaterialien für die klinische Ausbildung
- Mitarbeit an der Umsetzung von Strategien und Programmen für die klinische Ausbildung, die Wachstum und Loyalität fördern

**Das bringst du mit...**
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als zahnmedizinische:r Fachangestellt:in (ZMF), Prophylaxeassistent:in (ZMP), Verwaltungsassistent:in (ZMV), Dentalhygieniker:in (DH) oder ähnliche Ausbildung
- Gerne erste Erfahrung in der Kieferorthopädie
- Fließende Deutsch
- und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Hohe Lernbereitschaft, um sich mit unseren Systemen vertraut zu machen
- Ausgezeichnete Teamfähigkeit und hohe soziale Kompetenz
