Stellenbeschreibung

Galderma vertreibt mehrere Produkte an Fachleute für medizinische Ästhetik, darunter ein führendes Botulinumtoxin und eine Reihe von Gesichtsfüllern. Es ist von entscheidender Bedeutung, sicherzustellen, dass unsere Kunden angemessen für die Produkte von Galderma geschult werden, damit sie diese korrekt anwenden und hohe Standards einhalten können. Der Clinical Education Specialist (m/w/d) stellt sicher, dass die Ärzte die Galderma Produktpalette sicher und effektiv anwenden können. Sie unterstützen die Kundenbetreuer in ihren jeweiligen Regionen bei der klinischen Betreuung ihrer Kunden und fördern die Nutzung unseres Portfolios innerhalb dieser Kunden. Diese Funtion arbeitet Feldbasiert im Zugewiesenen Gebiet (Norddeutschland).

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- In Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Vertriebsteam Kunden identifizieren, die von einer stärkeren technischen Produktunterstützung profitieren würden, und in der Klinik mit diesen Kunden zusammenarbeiten, um das Vertrauen in die Verwendung der nicht-chirurgischen Produktpalette von Galderma zu stärken
- Unterstützung der Kunden mit technischen Schulungen im Zusammenhang mit der Einführung neuer Produkte (Rekonstitution, Markierung, Injektionstechniken, Nachbereitung)
- Teilnahme an allen relevanten Schulungen, um das eigene Produktwissen und die klinischen Kenntnisse auf dem höchsten Stand zu halten
- Unterstützung des Account Manager-Teams bei Produkt
- und klinischen Schulungen
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem Galderma-Ausbildungsteam, um sicherzustellen, dass es die Strategie in Bezug auf ihre Ausbildungsziele unterstützt

Anforderungen
- Langjährige Berufserfahrung im im Healthcare Bereich mit Schwerpunkt Clinical support
- Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Trainings und Workshops
- Fließendes Englisch und Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau
- Berufserfahrung in der Ästhetik von Vorteil
- Medizinischer oder Naturwissenschaftlicher Abschluss von Vorteil (Alternativ auch Pharmareferent, PTA )
