**What we are looking for**:
To support us on our mission, we are looking for a highly motivated Account Services Specialist to join our Customer Experience department. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring the seamless operation of our customer-related processes. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with our clients and address their needs effectively.
- Handle invoice corrections and manage subscriptions to ensure accurate billing and account functionality
- Assist customers through all processes to ensure the functionality of their accounts
- Utilize HubSpot, NetSuite, and Salesforce experience to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in account management

**Basic Qualifications**:

- through, can-do attitude, and exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated success in a similar role
- Relevant experience to the role and or collections
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English are mandatory, any other languages are a plus

**Preferred Skills and Experience**:

- Relevant work experience in a software or technology company
- A customer focused attitude with a proactive, friendly and courteous style
- Direct experience of remote access software is a plus
- Proficient in CRM, Marketing Automation and other communication systems
