**We seek**:
- In the Career Service, Connect.US, we are looking for a technical and administrative employee as of the August 1, 2024 at the following conditions:
- 50% = 19,92 hours/week
- Pay grade 13 TV-L
- Fixed-term employment contract until December 31, 2028
- The position is part of the DAAD projects "FIT" ("Supporting International Talents for integration in studies and the labor market).**Your tasks**:
- Skills assessment of the entry cohorts during the project period:
- Creation of digital questionnaires, evaluation, documentation and presentation of results
- Design, implementation, evaluation and reconceptualization of workshops for international students to assess, secure and expand skills
- Networking within the university and with stakeholders in the region
**Your profile**:
- Experience in the design and implementation of seminars and trainings
- Experience in the development of competency models
- Experience in designing and conducting surveys
- Independent, scientifically based way of working
- Openness and enjoyment of working with international students
- High sense of responsibility and commitment
