**We seek**:
In the Faculty III: School of Economic Disciplines we are looking for a researcher as of the 01.02.2024 at the following conditions:

- 100% = 39,83 hours
- Pay grade 13 TV-L
- limited until 31.01.2027

**Your tasks**:

- Support in research and teaching, supervision and examination of students as well as participation in administrative tasks.
- Conceptual and thematic support for the cooperation with the IfM Bonn.
- Independent acquisition, development and implementation of research projects.
- Regional and international networking and scientific exchange.
- Conception and implementation of international workshops and conferences.
- Teaching duties: 4 hours per semester week

**Your profile**:

- Excellent doctorate, desirably with initial focus on SMEs / small and medium-sized enterprises or entrepreneurship.
- Experiences in university teaching and supervision of scientific work.
- Experiences with publicly funded research projects.
- Interest in theoretically sound and empirical entrepreneurship and SME research, initial methodological skills are desirable.
- Above-average participation in academic exchange (conferences, reviews, research reports, etc.) and at least one international refereed publication.
- Interest in interdisciplinary cooperation and issues.
- You have a good command of the German and English languages, both written and spoken.
- You have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
